Return Policy

14 Days to Return Your Product
We are happy to arrange a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase

• You have 14 days after delivery to request a return
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for some purchases
• Returns will only be approved on items that are in resellable condition 
• It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping back to NMicroVIP
• Some products are not refundable
• The initial shipping fee will not be refunded

Restocking fees
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee with product returns

• A 10% restocking fee applies to new products if the factory seal has been broken
• There is no restocking fee charged for refurbished products and unopened new products

Details
We consider the product received by you when the shipping company has marked the parcel as delivered. All shipments are tracked, and require a signature when delivered.

Before shipping products back to NMicroVIP, please obtain an authorization number and return instructions from our customer service team - you can reach them at support@NMicroVIP.ca

In order to process your return and issue a refund promptly, the products must be returned prepaid to our warehouse with the following:
•  A copy of the original invoice or packing slip showing the serial number
• A brief note describing the reason for the return and the authorization number
• Original packaging, manuals and accessories clean and free of marks
• The address label should include the return authorization number and must be easily removable
• All collect shipments will be refused

Items returned physically damaged will be refused.
This includes but is not limited to:

• items damaged due to improper packaging
• items with serial numbers that have been tampered with or destroyed
• items with license stickers that have been tampered with or destroyed 
• LCD displays that contain dead pixels that are within manufacture’s accepted guidelines
• items returned in packaging that has been damaged or written on

Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not returnable

• Software is final sale due to licensing registration/activation requirements
• batteries
• microphones
• headphones 
• printer toners  
• blank CDs/DVDs 

All goods returned for warranty service that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse) will be shipped back to the customer collect. A service fee of $50.00 may be applied.  Please note that the initial shipping cost is not refunded.
 
Defective on Arrival Products
DOA products and/or any shipping discrepancies must be reported to NMicroVIP within 48 hours of delivery. Customer must return item with all original packaging and accessories. DOA returns are subject to the return policy outlined above. For items that arrive with shipping damage please see our shipping policy.
 
All defective products that are not reported as DOA within 48 hours of delivery will be handled as products that have failed after normal operations and will be replaced or repaired based on the product warranty. Please contact support@NMicroVIP.ca to arrange for warranty service.
 
All goods returned as DOA that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse) will be shipped back to the customer collect.
